Return Policy (14 Days)
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

the item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached),

it is returned in the original packaging,

and proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is included.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at info@youbettertoelt.de so we can find a quick solution.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us in advance.
Exchanges
A direct exchange is not possible.
Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
Right of Withdrawal within the EU (14 Days)
Customers residing in the EU also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The items must also be returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase.
You are also responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.
If everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
