1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.youbettertölt.deby consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed as soon as you receive an automatic order confirmation by email from us.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.90.
For deliveries to France, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Netherlands, different shipping costs apply, which will be displayed separately during the ordering process.
Shipping to German or international islands is excluded.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by DPD to the delivery address you provide.
Deliveries are possible to:

  • Germany

  • France

  • Austria

  • Denmark

  • Sweden

  • Switzerland

  • Netherlands

The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping to islands is not available.

6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay)

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Details can be found in our cancellation policy, which is available separately on the website.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

10. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Berlin, insofar as legally permissible.
