Shipping Service Provider
All orders are shipped with our reliable logistics partner DPD.
Shipping Costs
For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €6.90.
For shipments to other EU countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The exact costs will be shown during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and order volume.
The current delivery time is always displayed on the product page. If deviations occur (e.g. due to high demand or promotional periods), this will also be indicated there.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.
Important Notes on Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If return costs arise because a package is returned due to incorrect address details or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you.
